The Conference is now less than two weeks away.
Plans are finalised and now we are looking forward to coming together for the 48th Christadelphian Conference, in Adelaide.
The Conference commences, God Willing, on Sunday, April 8, and this will be our first occasion to enjoy fellowship with each other. The day commences at 1.00pm where you will need to Check-in to the Conference. Please make you way to the Main Marquee for Check-in and collect your family Conference pack, which will contain all the information you need for the week; the program, name tags, tickets etc. There will be a dedicated pack for the Youth who are attending the Conference, so they will need to collect theirs also. If you cannot make it to the Check In on the Sunday, your family pack will be available to collect at the 'Box Office' in the Murray Centre foyer.
Please refer to the map for the location of Westminster School, and the onsite parking, otherwise follow attendants directions.
Please Note: It is part of the Schools policy that there is to be no Prams or walkers allowed in the Murray Centre (the main hall we are using) yet there will be a location outside the hall where these can be kept, please refer to signs on site.
Please remember the other events which are being held during the week, such as the Sisters afternoon on the Thursday (2.30pm). Sisters coming to the conference are welcome to invite a friend to come also.
Also if you haven't booked for the Day outings on Wednesday - both the Zoo or the Bus Trip, the Picnic lunch on Saturday, or even if you want to purchase Meals from the School, you will have the option to order these items during the week.
Finally for any payment which is due, we would appreciate if all accounts were fully paid before the conference. However, if the account is not paid, then we will have the ability (EFTPOS machine) to collect your payment at Check In before you pick up your Conference Pack. Any other items which you order can be paid for during the conference week at the box office.
On Wednesday during the conference week, there is a Bethsalem afternoon tour and seminar, if you wish to attend this great event at 3.00pm on the Wednesday afternoon, could you please call the Conference Secretary on 0408 894 126 for more information.
Our Prayer is that Our Heavenly Father's blessing will be with everyone who is travelling to the Conference, where we can spend a wonderful the week together with people of like precious faith, as we 'Lift Up Our Heads' in sure expectation of the better things to come.
